Fall 2025: A Season of Growth, Service, and New Investigations

Saturday, December 27, 2025

Fall 2025 proved to be a busy and meaningful season for Harris Mountain Investigations. While a significant portion of our time was dedicated to volunteer work with the nonprofit Private Investigations for the Missing, HMI also handled a steady stream of independent investigative cases and professional collaborations. During this period, HMI continued providing background investigations for a partnering attorney and expanded those services to support an additional private investigation firm based in Chicago. These ongoing relationships reflect the trust placed in our work and our commitment to thorough, reliable investigative support.

Locally, we conducted several investigations across a range of matters, including domestic-related concerns, a potential estate fraud case, and an out-of-state address locate in support of civil process service. Each case required careful attention to detail and discretion, values that remain central to how HMI operates.

We are also proud to welcome a new member to the organization. A former police officer and military veteran, now retired from service, has joined the HMI team. His experience and perspective are a valuable addition, and we look forward to the strength he brings to our investigative work. His presence is a welcome addition to the organization.

Finally, we extend a sincere thank you to Kendale Wyatt, sister of missing person Samantha Tapp, for creating and maintaining this website. Her dedication and support help ensure these stories, efforts, and resources remain accessible to the community.

As we move forward, Harris Mountain Investigations remains committed to professional integrity, community service, and supporting those who need answers most.
